Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, quality control, budget management, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
⚠ Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview and immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage complete MEP project execution from project initiation through final handover.
✅ Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
✅ Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower allocation, and site progress.
✅ Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.
✅ Lead multidisciplinary project teams and provide technical guidance when required.
✅ Resolve technical, commercial, and site-related issues efficiently.
✅ Prepare project reports, progress updates, and management presentations.
✅ Attend client meetings, project reviews, and coordination meetings.
✅ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
✅ Support procurement, material planning, testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔ Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience managing MEP projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
✔ Proven experience in commercial, residential, high-rise, hospitality, or industrial projects.
✔ Strong leadership, project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
✔ Excellent knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority regulations, and industry standards.
✔ Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ UAE Driving License.
⭐ PMP or other project management certifications.
⭐ Experience with project planning and reporting software.
⭐ Strong commercial and contract management knowledge.
