Service Advisor
Job Description:
A Service Advisor is responsible for communicating and controlling customers with their vehicle needs and recording the required information, which then can be understood and sent to the Service Teams for the vehicle inspection. A Service Advisor is the link between the dealership and its customers, and in the customers eyes the face and voice of the business.
We are seeking a talented Service Advisor who meets the following qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry
Bachelor/Diploma of Engineering degree
High level of customer handling, customer service, social and communication skills
Excellent in verbal and written English communication
