Project Construction Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all construction activities at project sites
• Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, procurement, and engineering teams
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and HSE standards
• Control project costs, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance when required
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate daily construction activities
• Review project plans and identify potential risks and solutions
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
• Strong experience in managing EPC/construction site activities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
• Good knowledge of construction standards, HSE regulations, and project execution procedures
• Ability to manage multiple disciplines and work under pressure
Preferred:
• Previous experience working on KNPC/KOC/major Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait
• Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems
• PMP certification will be an added advantage
