Area Sales Manager
Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across B2B, B2C and HoReCa segments and drive growth across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets for 5-gallon & PET bottled water.
Develop new business and onboard high-value corporate & retail accounts.
Lead, coach & manage a team of Supervisors, Sales Executives & Delivery Drivers.
Drive customer retention through Digital Wallet & coupon adoption.
Monitor market trends, competitors activities & identify growth opportunities.
Ensure timely collections & effective credit management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Increase in active 5-gallon customer base
Average revenue per route / vehicle
Customer retention rate (reduce churn)
Accuracy & timeliness of payment collections
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
5–8 years of FMCG sales experience (F&B preferred)
2–3 years in a leadership role in the UAE market.
In-depth knowledge of UAE geography (Dubai, Sharjah & Northern Emirates)
Proficient in CRM software & Microsoft Excel
Valid UAE Driving License is required
Fluency in English, Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is an advantage
