Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil works in fitout projects
-Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications
-Calculate material quantities, labor costs & equipment requirements
-Source and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes
-Collaborate with project managers and engineers for budget preparation
-Maintain cost databases and update pricing regularly
