Basic Requirements :
• Basic education or relevant field experience
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Physical fitness for farm or operational roles
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar F&B role.
• High school diploma/ equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service and upselling techniques.
• Good communication skills in English.
