Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies and customer affordability.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Achieve individual and team collection targets.
• Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve escalated cases.
Qualification &Skills:
• Fluency in Arabic is required (additional languages are an advantage).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency.
