Job Position – Procurement Coordinator

Reports to: Head of Supply Chain
Tagalog speaking required.
Support procurement operations by managing documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth ERP workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain procurement records and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
Process purchase orders and invoices on time
Monitor supplier performance and compliance
Support reporting and process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Business / Supply Chain or related)
2–5 years procurement/admin experience
ERP knowledge (Odoo preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in property management, construction, hospitality, or marine industries preferred
