Requirements:
-Minimum experience in Customer Service / Call Center Operations
-Experience in handling customer complaints, requests, and service coordination
-Knowledge of CRM Systems & MS Office Applications
-Experience in Utility Services, District Cooling, or Facility Management is an advantage
-24/7 Rotational Shift Operations experience required
-Must have a valid QID
