Quantity Surveyor
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on tendering and cost estimation for civil construction projects.
Proven experience in preparing tender documents, BOQs, cost breakdowns, and rate analysis.
Strong background in pre-contract and tender stage activities, including material take-offs
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Planswift.
UAE resident or available to join on short notice is preferred.
