• Professional Arabic proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) required for client and project communication
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Qatar market preferred
• Minimum 6 years of total experience
• UPDA Classification: A, B, C, or T
• Proficiency in BIM & Revit
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
