Qualification:
· Holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics
Experience:
· 4- 6 years experience in the BMS project sales.
Skills:
· Proven technical Skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities & Strong Communication Skills
· Be proactive & Team player, Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills
Responsibilities:
· Must have extensive know-how on all BMS operations and should have managed small to mid-sized commercial value projects
· Establish and build a relationship with consultants, driving initiatives to ensure specification with top / preferred Consultants based on Sales strategy
· Annual Sales Targets & Revenue from New clients
· Effective relationships with contractors/ consultants/ customers
· Internal stakeholder management
License:
· Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
