Qualification:
· Holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics
Experience:
· 4- 6 years experience in the BMS service sales.

· Proven technical Skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities & Strong Communication Skills
· Be proactive & Team player, Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills
Responsibilities:
· Must have extensive know-how on all site operations and should have managed small to mid-sized commercial value projects
· Effectively execute business strategies/policies to exploit the current market demand
· Explore new avenues of business such as new markets, customers, new products to expand the field of operation and enhance the volume of sales and profit.
· Annual Sales Targets & Revenue from New clients
· Effective relationships with contractors/ consultants/ customers
· Good people and time management skills
License:
· Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
