Operation Theatre (OT) Nurse
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist surgeons and medical teams during surgical procedures.
• Prepare operation theatre equipment, instruments, and supplies.
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain accurate patient and surgical records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for smooth OT operations.
• Follow hospital safety standards and healthcare protocols.
Requirements :
• DOH exam passed or valid DOH licence required.
• Previous operation theatre nursing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of OT procedures and patient care practices.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Immediate joiners have an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of operation theatre procedures, infection control and sterilization standards, patient monitoring and surgical assistance, and healthcare safety protocols.
