PRO Cum HR Coordinator
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR coordination and public relations within a corporate environment.
• Experience in handling government relations and a deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is highly desirable.
• Strong technical skills in HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations, demonstrating strong ethical standards.
