Job Title: Call Centre Representative
Location: Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time
TECHNO BLUE is looking for a skilled Call Centre Representative in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
• Register and update jobs in the CRM system.
• Manage email correspondence with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Provide product info and prepare quotations.
• Resolve customer issues professionally.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong English communication (Arabic preferred).
• Knowledge of CRM systems & basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving & interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar.
