Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Jotun Paints, C Ring Road, Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Contractual (1 year)
Support the Finance function in accounts payable and customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
• Review and process supplier invoices with proper approvals
• Match invoices with PO, delivery notes/GRNs, and contracts
• Assist AP accountant with supplier statement reconciliation and query resolution
• Prepare and upload customer invoices based on contracts, LPOs, and delivery notes
• Perform basic reconciliations (vendor, customer, and bank accounts)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or relevant field
• Strong English communication skills
• Intermediate MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Good understanding of accounting principles & double entry bookkeeping
• 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
