A prestigious healthcare group in UAE is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer who can contribute to operational efficiency, financial excellence and strategic growth.

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience within the healthcare industry, including senior executive leadership roles.
• Proven experience in healthcare operations management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and drive sustainable growth initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, performance management, and operational optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience within the GCC/UAE healthcare sector is highly preferred.
