Project Manager – Aluminum & Glass
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution, including design, fabrication, installation, and handover phases.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to resolve issues.
• Supervise site activities to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals and maintain productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the Aluminum & Glass industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale facade and glazing projects.
• Strong understanding of aluminum and glass systems, fabrication, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
