Humanities Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Core Duties :
• Lead the Humanities department to achieve excellence in curriculum delivery and student outcomes
• Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum plans in alignment with CBSE and KHDA standards
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to departmental staff
• Stay updated on educational trends and ensure adoption of best practices in teaching and assessment
• Support school leadership in achieving strategic academic objectives
• Collaborate with parents and stakeholders to strengthen student development and achievement
Candidate Requirements :
• Master's degree plus Bachelor's degree in Humanities or related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant UAE school experience in a leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with excellent command of English communication
• Comprehensive knowledge of KHDA regulations and CBSE curriculum standards
• Expertise in curriculum development and implementation
• Must be physically present in the UAE
