Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
ā Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector
ā Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers
ā Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
ā Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
ā Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
ā Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
ā Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
Requirements
ā
5ā10 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction materials/building products
ā
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
ā
Strong network within the UAE construction industry
ā
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
ā
Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
ā
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage
