Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : UAE
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for high-rise building projects with a main contracting company
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
• Experience in preparing and evaluating variations, claims, subcontractor payments, and final accounts
• Ability to monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and ensure commercial compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
