Requirements:
✔ Minimum experience in Customer Service / Call Center Operations
✔ Experience in handling customer complaints, requests, and service coordination
✔ Knowledge of CRM Systems & MS Office Applications
✔ Experience in Utility Services, District Cooling, or Facility Management is an advantage
✔ 24/7 Rotational Shift Operations experience required
✔ Must have a valid QID
