✅ Strong HR Operations experience
✅ Manufacturing industry experience mandatory
✅ Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
✅ Experience with HRMS / ERP systems
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
