Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hand & Model Maker (Gold Jewelry) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing and model making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality jewelry prototypes, master models, and hand-crafted pieces based on design specifications and CAD drawings. The candidate should possess excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of jewelry production processes to ensure designs are accurately translated into production-ready models.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hand & Model Maker in the jewelry industry.
• Strong experience in creating jewelry masters, prototypes, and hand-made models.
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, sketches, and CAD designs.
• Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, casting, and production techniques.
• Good handcrafting, detailing, and finishing skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Indian and Sri Lankan nationals preferred.
• Candidates must be locally available in Qatar or willing to relocate.
Visa Requirement:
• Position is under Company Sponsorship.
• For candidates currently working in Qatar, a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) or transferable visa is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and develop jewelry models and prototypes based on design specifications.
• Produce master models for rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other jewelry pieces.
• Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure accuracy and manufacturability.
• Perform detailed handwork, shaping, carving, and finishing of jewelry models.
• Ensure all models meet quality standards and production requirements.
• Make modifications and improvements to existing models as required.
• Maintain tools, materials, and a safe working environment.
