HR Officer
Job Location : Kuwait
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, recruitment, and insurance processes.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and experience coordinating with Payroll teams.
• Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.
• Strong administrative skills, including email writing, memo drafting, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with employees and managers.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Team player with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience with MenaTech HRMS or other HR systems is an advantage.
• Experience in medium to large organizations preferred.
• Bilingual (English + Arabic).
• Transferable Visa 18.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
