Social Worker (Arabic-Speaking)
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Provide case management and social support services to clients.
• Assess client needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare and support teams for holistic care delivery.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Support clients and families through counselling and guidance services.
• Ensure compliance with social work standards and ethical practices.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Valid DOH/DHA licence or eligibility required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in case management and client support services.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of social work principles and ethics, case management and client assessment, counselling and support techniques, and healthcare coordination and documentation.
