Assistant Warehouse Supervisor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Responsibilities :
• Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse logistics and operations.
• Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory control and maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare reports on warehouse productivity, stock movement, and shipping status.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards at all times.
Skills & Requirements :
• UAE warehouse experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and handle physical tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Team leadership and coordination abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
