Job Position – L2 Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Dedicated Plant Site, Oman
Looking for an experienced L2 Desktop Support Engineer to join a leading IT infrastructure support environment in Oman.
Key Requirements:
– 2–5 years of desktop support / IT helpdesk experience
– Strong knowledge of Windows support, hardware troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, printers, and IP phones
– Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments
– Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security
– Ability to work independently in an onsite plant environment
Preferred:
– CompTIA A+, MCP, or ITIL certification
– Experience in manufacturing / industrial site support environments
Work Schedule:
– 6 days a week
– Friday off
