– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying
– Minimum of (10) years’ experience in Quantity Surveying techniques related to road and infrastructure construction projects, including (5) years in a management role and (3) years of regional experience on major international or regional road, infrastructure, and drainage projects
– Experience in claims/arbitration and dispute resolution procedures
