Carlson Recruiters is currently partnering with a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced Clinical Social Worker to join its multidisciplinary addiction and rehabilitation team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialized clinical setting, supporting individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions through assessment, care coordination, crisis intervention, and recovery planning.
Key Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Social Work (mandatory)
✔ Master's degree in Social Work (mandatory)
✔ Experience working within addiction, rehabilitation, mental health, or psychosocial services (mandatory)
✔ Experience conducting psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and care coordination
✔ Strong understanding of safeguarding, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed practice
✔ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
✔ Current DOH License or eligibility for DOH licensure in Abu Dhabi
✔ Arabic speaking is an advantage
