Key Responsibilities :
• Manage day-to-day office administration activities
• Handle correspondence, filing, and document management
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office requirements
• Assist with vendor coordination and office procurement
• Support HR and management with reports and documentation
• Maintain organized records and administrative systems
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of office administration procedures, document management, scheduling and coordination, reporting and record keeping, and Microsoft Office applications
