Requirements:
-Minimum 5-8 years of experience in property management, customer service, or real estate operations.
-Diploma or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality or related field.
-Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
-Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding daily operational matters.
-Address tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns in within defined service timelines.
-Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and service quality.
-Coordinate with leasing and brokerage teams to facilitate unit showings.
-Ensure vacant units are accessible, clean, and ready for viewing at all times.
-Update the Property Management System (PMS) with real-time and accurate data on unit status.
