We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Salesman – Auto Spare Parts to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive spare parts.
Provide product recommendations, pricing information, and suitable alternatives.
Check stock availability and coordinate orders for out-of-stock items.
Sales in Retail Counter/Outdoor Sales.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain strong product knowledge and support branch sales targets.
Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and related documentation.
Requirements
Diploma or Graduate degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in retail sales.
Relevant experience with American, Japanese, and Korean vehicles.
Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in computer systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred age: 25–40 years.
