Job Location : Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding shipments, schedules, and rates
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams on customer needs
• Process customer requests and support order management
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally and promptly
• Support customer onboarding and account management
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and policies

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Candidates must be currently inside Kuwait only
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Experience providing accurate information regarding shipments, schedules, and rates
• Ability to follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
