Executive Secretary
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently
• Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications professionally
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for management
• Organize travel arrangements and meeting logistics
• Maintain confidential documents and executive records securely
• Follow up on tasks, projects, and management directives
• Coordinate between departments on behalf of executives
• Attend meetings when required and prepare accurate meeting minutes
• Support office management and administrative operations
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and visitor coordination
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business correspondence
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
