Finance Manager

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth and profitability goals
• Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources and minimize risk
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in financial regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in financial management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a large organization
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Proven track record of driving financial success and managing complex financial operations
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
