CC7 Global Engineering Solutions L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong experience in the Oil & Gas EPC industry who are passionate about supporting large-scale engineering projects within a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive HR experience.
Strong background in EPC / Oil & Gas / Engineering sectors.
Experience supporting project-based organizations.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Professional HR certifications preferred (CIPD / SHRM / HRCI).
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
