Job Position – HVAC Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma /BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engg or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for HVAC systems. Monitor plant and HVAC system performance, identify abnormalities, and implement corrective actions. Supervise maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Coordinate daily maintenance activities with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Review, update, and recommend improvements to SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance processes. Lead emergency maintenance response activities in accordance with company procedures. Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with client specifications and standards. Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely and safe completion of work. Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
Desired Skills
-Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and associated controls
