Premium International Private School (PIS), Al Ain, UAE, is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of #Kindergarten to lead our Early Years Department for the Academic Year 2026-2027.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of Kindergarten/Early Years teaching experience
Previous leadership experience in a Kindergarten setting is highly preferred
Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices
Experience with American Curriculum and international school environments
ADEK eligibility/approval or ability to obtain approval
IELTS score as per ADEK requirements for leadership positions
Location: Al Ain, United Arab Emirates
