This role is essential in ensuring smooth logistics operations, responsive customer service, and efficient internal coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support logistics operations in full compliance with Gutmann policies and procedures.
Provide accurate ETAs and timely feedback to clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with procurement and internal departments to meet project priorities.
Maintain and update logistics information within the ERP system.
Ensure efficient and responsive logistics services aligned with project schedules.
Strengthen after-sales client satisfaction and uphold Gutmann's service standards.
Identify logistics tools and improve warehouse responsiveness and material flow.
Follow up on internal services such as crimping, coating, bending, and deliveries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with strong material coordination exposure.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in English.
CRM and ERP (SAP) knowledge is an advantage.
