IT SUPPORT ENGINEER / OFFICER
3 Key Responsibilities
Resolve daily hardware, software, peripheral & network support calis across corporate & remote sites.
Monitor & troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, primary/secondary connectivity) to ensure business continuity.
Manage end-user devices, endpoint security & identity access via AD/Entra ID & Office 365 Admin centers.
Collaborate with internal teams & vendors to test, validate & document system changes/module updates.
Contribute to digitalization projects by identifying inefficient, paper-based or manual business processes.
Build & maintain automated workflows & custom business applications using best suitable platforms.
Provide essential system support for SAP S/4HANA & SuccessFactors-permissions, access troubleshooting & basic data adjustments.
Experience
3-5 years of proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a systems-focused helpdesk role.
Required Core Competencies
Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration, SharePoint infrastructure management, and Windows/macOS.
Hands-on ability to create automated multi-step workflows using Power Automate and low-code apps via Power Apps.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, secure VPN access, and managing failover internet setups.
Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors (or similar ERP/HCM platforms) an added advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
