Job Duties
Oversee daily operations across multiple branches.
Drive sales growth, upselling, and revenue performance.
Manage branch managers and operational teams.
Ensure excellent customer service standards.
Implement SOPs, audits, and operational consistency.
Ensure municipality compliance and reduce fines.
Monitor staffing, training, and team performance.
Control costs and improve operational efficiency.
Resolve escalated customer and operational issues.
Prepare operational reports and KPI updates.
