Design Lead – Landscape Architecture
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead client relationships throughout all project stages, from concept development to final delivery
• Manage large-scale luxury residential landscape projects
• Direct, mentor, and support a small design team across multiple active projects
• Review and quality-check construction drawings, specifications, and client presentation packages
• Coordinate with offshore CAD and 3D visualization teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain high standards of design quality and project execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and client expectations
Skills & Experience :
• Degree in landscape architecture or a related discipline
• 4–6 years of experience in landscape architecture with full project delivery involvement
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to review and approve design documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience managing coordination across multiple teams and project stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to manage luxury residential projects and maintain exceptional quality standards
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical documentation
• Strong knowledge of landscape design and project delivery processes
• Strong knowledge of CAD production and design coordination
• Strong knowledge of quality control and client presentation standards
