Key Responsibilities :
• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, standards, and project requirements
• Manage projects throughout all stages, from planning and design to execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Support project delivery while maintaining quality and timeline objectives
Skills & Experience :
• Degree in Architecture or related field
• 10–15 years of professional architectural experience
• Strong experience working on projects within the UAE
• Preference for candidates with Dubai Municipality approval and related experience
• Excellent design, coordination, and project management abilities
• Ability to manage projects from concept development through completion
• Strong knowledge of UAE architectural standards and regulations
• Strong knowledge of project planning and coordination processes
• Strong knowledge of design development and construction documentation
• Strong knowledge of stakeholder and project management practices
