Administrative Officer / Document Controller
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and maintain company and project documentation in an organized manner
• Control document submissions, revisions, approvals, and record management processes
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding documentation requirements
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and various administrative documents
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, storage, and archiving of records
• Provide support for daily office administration and operational activities
Skills & Experience :
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration or document control
• Strong understanding of document control procedures and record management practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Construction industry experience will be considered an advantage
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong knowledge of records management and administrative support
• Strong knowledge of tracking, storing, and archiving company and project records
