Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a professional representative of the Chairman’s Office across company subsidiaries
• Assist with media relations, corporate communications, and brand coordination activities
• Support the management of the Chairman’s public profile and communication initiatives
• Coordinate travel arrangements and executive schedules
• Monitor strategic projects and assist with priority business portfolios
• Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders and executive leadership

Skills & Experience :

• Recent bachelor’s degree (graduated 2024–2026) in media, communications, business administration, public relations, or human resources
• Native or fluent Arabic language skills and professional-level English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of executive coordination
• Strong knowledge of corporate communications
• Strong knowledge of business administration and strategic operations
• Strong knowledge of media relations and brand coordination activities
• Strong knowledge of travel coordination and schedule management
