Key Responsibilities :
• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Schedule, manage, and coordinate appointments efficiently
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation
• Support daily front desk and administrative operations
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience at all times
Core Competencies :
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration, customer service, or a related field
• Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of customer service and front desk operations
• Strong knowledge of appointment scheduling and administrative support
• Strong knowledge of communication and patient handling procedures
