Are you an experienced ITSM professional with strong expertise in Ivanti ServiceDesk? We are looking for talented professionals to join a leading organization and play a key role in managing and enhancing enterprise IT service management operations.
ā
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Provide advanced L2/L3 support and administration for Ivanti ServiceDesk platform
⢠Manage complex incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA)
⢠Configure workflows, forms, SLAs, business rules, and platform enhancements
⢠Perform upgrades, patch management, and system integrations
⢠Support CMDB, ITAM/SAM, asset lifecycle, and compliance processes
⢠Develop dashboards, reports, and automation workflows
⢠Ensure platform performance, security, and availability
⢠Mentor L1/L1.5 support teams and participate in CAB and release management activities
šÆ Required Skills:
ā Strong hands-on experience with Ivanti ServiceDesk / Neurons for ITSM
ā Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management)
ā Experience with Active Directory, APIs, and monitoring tool integrations
ā Knowledge of CMDB, asset management, and discovery tools
ā Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
ā Preferred Skills:
⢠Automation and scripting experience
⢠Azure Cloud exposure
⢠Intune / SCCM knowledge
⢠ITOM and observability tools experience
⢠Managed services environment experience
šØāš» Experience Required:
⢠4ā8 years of ITSM experience
⢠Minimum 2ā3 years working with Ivanti at L2/L3 level
