HR Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience , with at least 6-8 years in a corporate leadership role
• Proven core HR experience in healthcare and holdings sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labour law, DOH/MOH regulations, and GCC HR practices
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• HR certifications such as CIPD / SHRM preferred.
